Diagnosis and Treatment of Fever Convulsions in Children

In recent years, an 18-month-old child experienced convulsions during a high fever, with normal EEG findings. However, during a school-related fever convulsion event, the child reached a fever of 39.7 degrees Celsius, with an unknown duration, and exhibited urinary incontinence.
