Baby Digestive Issues

My baby is only 40 days old and has recently been having very few bowel movements, sometimes going two to three days without a bowel movement. What could be the cause? If you don’t need to deal with it for more than 3 days, you can give your child honey on an empty stomach, which has been quite effective. Considering the child’s age, I think there’s no need to rush into giving him other medications.
