Answer

1. Delayed intellectual growth and development or hidden delay.
2. Not speaking at all by the age of 1 and a half.
3. Lower limb motor impairment: such as not being able to walk by the age of 1 or walking poorly, with abnormal gait (such as toe walking, scissors gait, limping, etc.), and inability to squat.
4. Hand motor impairment: such as being uncooperative. Not able to hold objects, not able to use a spoon to eat dinner, usually using only one hand.
