Which Department Should a Child with a Swayed Neck Visit?

After a child’s neck twisted while sleeping, it became crooked after recovery. An X-ray showed no abnormalities in the cervical spine, but the doctor diagnosed it as torticollis. There is a prominent muscle in the child’s neck, and they had mentioned neck pain before, which was diagnosed as lymphadenopathy at that time. Now, a Doppler ultrasound of both sides of the neck shows more than 20 lymph nodes. Unsure of which department to visit for further examination and treatment.
