How to Manage Baby Eczema

A two-and-a-half-month-old baby has eczema on the cheeks, around the mouth, ears, corners of the eyes, and head, which recurs. The initial use of a certain ointment was effective, but after several applications, the effect weakened. Now, several bottles of the ointment have been used without any effect. Does the ointment contain hormones? Are there harmful effects from overuse?
